# make-no-mistakes

> A Claude Code plugin that appends "Make no mistakes." to every prompt you send. That is the whole plugin.

Claude sometimes says a function "should work" when it does not, and occasionally invents an API. The README's diagnosis: nobody ever explicitly told it not to make mistakes. This plugin tells it, every time.

Estimated quality improvement is somewhere between 0% and 100%.

## How it works

It's a `UserPromptSubmit` hook. On each prompt, Claude Code runs a shell script that reads the hook payload from stdin and echoes:

That's the full implementation: a `plugin.json`, a `hooks.json` pointing at the script, and the script. [Claudegoblikon](/projects/claudegoblikon) uses the same hook with a much longer instruction, wrapped in the fuller `hookSpecificOutput` form.

## Installing

claude plugin install /path/to/make-no-mistakes --scope user

# the whole team, via the project
claude plugin install /path/to/make-no-mistakes --scope project
```

To try it for one session without installing:

claude --plugin-dir /path/to/make-no-mistakes
```
